Intuitive Drumming – Drumming with the Elves
by Devan and Nerethel of Elven Drums
====================================
"It began, as all things do, with a sound." Devan

There are many ways to teach drumming, and this is not one of them.  ::grin::  This hands-on workshop is designed to help you drum from your intuition.  Everyone can drum, but classes often keep them from trying.  This workshop explores elven drumming, a mixture of art and play.  Make magic with your own personal rhythm.

"….the true test of elven magic/is the way it makes you feel/forget your cares and troubles/forget your problems too/if you bring a drum and play along/you'll be elven too!"    Elvendrums song

Bring your drums and play along with Devan and Nerethel!

The Witches' Sabbats
(2 hours)
by Mike Nichols
====================================
Unlike many modern authors who stress rituals or activities for the eight Wiccan holidays, Mike draws upon classic studies in folklore and mythology to uncover the earliest folk customs, lore, terminology, and symbolism associated with each of the eight Sabbats. He demonstrates how these oldest of Pagan holidays were appropriated by the Christian liturgical calendar, often with the same Gods and their rites only thinly veiled. As opposed to being isolated events, Mike stresses how the eight Witches' Sabbats relate to one another and how, taken as a whole, they form the great mandala of the solar year and its seasons.
